Miniature cakes are a popular contemporary style of wedding cake, arranged with a top cake to be cut by the Bride and Groom and miniature cakes arranged on a stand below. They are decorated to match the top cake and can be uniform or a range of two or more designs. If an intricate design is not within budget, it can be mixed with simpler designs as prices vary depending on decoration. Cakes are covered with a layer of marzipan and finished with a smooth layer of sugar paste.
Miniature cakes are 2” in size and can be served as an individual portion or divided to serve 2 guests each.
